Did You Know 2

Just a lil synopsis on the Prophet Muhammad pbuh.
He was an orphan and raised by his uncle. He got his 1st revelation at the age of 40 from God through Angel Gabriel and die at 63. As the Prophet grew up, he became known to be honest, generous, truthful, sincere and trustworthy.
Muhammad pbuh was very righteous and long detested the decadence and idolatry of his society. Before the Prophet die, the greater part of the Arabian peninsula had become Muslim, and within a century of his death, Islam had spread to Spain in the west and as far as China.
Prophet Muhammad pbuh did not come to teach a new religion! Instead, he came to reiterate the teachings of all the Prophets who came before him. The message of the Prophets (i.e Moses, Abraham, Jesus etc) was to Believe in One God and to do Good deeds.
πŸ’ŽπŸ’ŽπŸ’ŽπŸ’ŽπŸ’ŽπŸ’ŽπŸ’ŽπŸ’ŽπŸ’ŽπŸ’ŽπŸ’ŽπŸ’ŽπŸ’ŽπŸ’Ž The Prophet Muhammad pbuh was a perfect example of an honest, just, merciful, compassionate, truthful, and brave human being.☺

Did You Know 1

This is a short “Did You Know Series”!!

Islam is one of the World’s most misinterpreted religions so I’m gonna share some basic knowledge about the Faith.

Often times people assume that all Muslim women are oppressed. Actually, even before the advent of Feminism Islam give Rights to women.
The Prophet Muhammad pbuh wife was, what you will call in today’s world, a CEO. She had one of the most successful import and export business in her community.

A lot of times people mistake customs and cultures for the laws of Islam. However, if one would take the time and research the Rights of a Woman in Islam they well realize that she holds an honourable position.

Don’t condemn the People of Sin

When pointing your finger at people for sinning try to be cognizant to the fact that you always sin, maybe on a daily basis. We often feel we are better than people because we sin in a different way from them. But is our feeling accurate? Who are you to judge? The All Mighty test and judge us base on our circumstances.
Those same sins you are judging people on today may be the same sins you (or a family member) perhaps, may be committing in a couple years from now.
So the next time you feel the urge to condemn and judge others for their sins, how about being a mentor to them? How about trying to be patient & understanding and help our fellow man fight the battles they may be facing currently? This is exactly what we will want for ourselves so why not give the same courtesy to others?

Have a blessed weekend dears☺
